The path to NUVE began with my own health. Years of unexplained exhaustion, brain fog and gut issues led me into the study of orthomolecular nutrition, gut therapy, and functional medicine, and then into holistic coaching to understand the bigger picture. What I found, again and again, is that the body is remarkably intelligent. Give it the right nutrients and the right attention, and it often knows its own way back towards balance.
I first used this knowledge to understand my own body. Now I use it to help others understand theirs.
That's why I built NUVE. To bring what I had learned into something clear, personal and practical, and to help make understanding your own nutrition a little less complicated.
The name NUVE carries that same idea: nourishment and vitality, with food at the foundation.
Because sometimes the body doesn't need more complexity. It needs the right nourishment and attention, so it can return to its full strength.
